Teaching and training is more than a case of laying out facts and processes. Technical training is by its very nature much more straight-forward and fact based. This also means that it has the potential to be much more boring and ineffectual.
The key to the training that I do is a combination of lectures, breaking down examples, hands-on training, and brainstorming. This combination keeps trainees engaged and involved.
